- Old Town Wine Location - with a twist
This is not your typical vegan restaurant. Gutenberger looks and feels (and tastes) like any other Old Town Wine Bar. ... Oh, but it's vegan! I love the concept of offering vegan versions of typical local food, not a standard vegan repertoire. This attracts a wide range of customers, quite some you wouldn't expect in a vegan restaurant. Even omnivores leave this place full and happy. Must try their delicious vegan "Zwiebelmett" - originally it's ground meat with onions. But also their "Spundecreme" is barely distinguishable from the dairy original. Wines are as expected in a venue like this. The other dishes in the tables around ours looked good as well.
