- Wonderful time at Esskultur Bio Bistro
My friend and I really enjoyed our time at the bistro because we were served very delicious meals. My friend had the channa masala (chickpeas in a lightly spicy tomato sauce with rice, papadam and pineapple chuntney) and I had the Phuket plate (Tom Ka Soi, which is a spicy soup, 2 spring rolls, rice, pickled vegetables), which was absolutely amazing. Although the restaurant is a bit small and has only one toilet, I would have loved to eat there again due to deliousness of the meals. It might be a bit expensive, but it is definitely worth it since only organic ingredients are used. I also recommend to give the ice cream a try. The vegan hazelnut ice cream tasted out of this world. I would have never expected to eat such a delicious hazelnut ice cream as a vegan again.
