We came here while enjoying the Day of the Dead festivities. The line was long, understandably, but we were able to peruse the menu at lengths before ordering. I got the tostada which was topped with a mound of lettuce with some Pan fried soy crumbles and avocado. When I asked for the soy option, they were prompted to ask whether I wanted cheese or sour cream, which I declined. Having vegan versions of cheese would have made this better, but I was happy enough. My partner had the pepian mole with a soy enchilada. Not sure if that sauce was Vegan (we didn't ask, but traditionally it should be), but it was off menu and still delicious.
