There are few vegan/vegetarian place in Minnesota, Ecopolitan is by far one of the best options for MN vegans. Very interesting, delicious food. Vegan dishes with bold, inventive flavors. Good house wine and very friendly service. Parking on the back. Moderate prices. Highly recommended
