- Low quality, high price, bad food, no service.
Today, I ordered food at Evergreen Veggies, however, the order had to be done at their neighbors (Light of India) because there was a party at Evergreen Veggies. Be aware of the doorstep between the restaurants, my mother almost fell because she hadn’t seen it. Furthermore, the waiting time was quite long. They suggested a waiting time of 20 minutes, however, it was actually about 40 minutes. The service was not very friendly. The woman behind the bar totally ignores the clients. Another client tried to order food, but left the restaurant without food because they ignored him totally for about 15 minutes. Probably they do not know the meaning of service. The quality of the food was poor and the portions were rather small (considering the price). The food did not include the ingredients which were described on the menu. ´Aloo Palak´ would include potatoes, tomatoes and unions, but in reality it only contained spinach. Furthermore, ‘Mushroom Masala’ included barely any mushroom. The salad consisted almost entirely of raw onions and was served without a sauce, and therefore uneatable. Concluding, the price-quality rate is very bad: too much money had to paid for too little food of worse quality. My advice: do not eat at Evergreen Veggies: it is a pure rip-off!
