This coffee place situated inside the main station in Nuremberg sells a few vegan options. I tried both vegan bagels and there were really tasty. I also had the vegan chocolate brownie which was amazing. They also have soya milk available if you just want to have a coffee or a cup of tea. Highly recommended if you are looking for a quick bite.
