I've seen Papa G'S tofu at Food Fight and have been wanting to try the tofu fresh on site for some time. I'm glad I stopped in last night and picked up dinner. The BBQ tofu was great! Probably one of the best tofu I've had, the flavor and texture great. It tasted slow cooked, I'm a fan. I loved the coconut greens too, I mixed it in the Mac and Cheeze. I was the only one in there, and the worker was really helpful and knowledgeable of the ingredients used. I like this philosophy, the transparency behind a practice. It is the art of knowing the products and the sustainability used to create the products. From production to being served, this company is ethical. Purely good natured people and product. Organic, positive infused food. Food as medicine, as life. I'm a proud supporter. They even offer a place to promote art if you flow along the same wavelength.
