This is pretty much the place where I buy all my food. Everything is 100% vegan, so there's no need to read any labels. They are very efficient in providing items the customers ask for, so if there is something lacking that "prevents" you from becoming a regular, just ask them to stock it! Surprisingly, the prices are often even lower than in your average supermarkets (for example, currently 1 litre of soymilk is 1,7€ while it is something like 2,5€ in the nearby regular store)! It is also cheaper than eny of the other stores in Helsinki that sell vegan special items. Asoka has good selection for a vegan. They have items such as cheese, "meats", sausages, vegan dairy products... The only downside is that they don't have that many fresh fruit and vegetables.
