The hot pots here are large, filling, and come with brown rice on the side. At 180NT, they are a much better value, better quality, and more varied than other vegetarian restaurants. Besides the awesome food and extremely friendly staff, Qiaoyuan sells some organic/healthy products by the entrance including natural soap and food supplies I haven't seen stocked at other organic/health shops in Taipei. Some items are also much cheaper than they would be elsewhere. For example, a bag of psyllium husk is about 1/6 the price the same amount would cost at Watson's. This place seems to be closed Wednesdays.
