• Tasty fresh Vietnamese sandwich shop

Dinosaurs is a modern Vietnamese sandwich shop with a small space, small menu, and good food. Although they also serve meat and dairy, they have put effort into making about a third of their (clearly labeled) menu vegan. They also sell a couple of the key ingredients they use, like vegan fish sauce and vegan sweetened condensed milk. They offer a really nice array of beverages, like avocado smoothie and watermelon shake. It's a bit more expensive than the hole-in-the-wall bahn mi sandwich places, but it's worth it for high quality fresh food. There's room for maybe ~20 people to sit if the weather is nice, some tables outside. It's a casual place, so you order at the counter, grab a table if you can and wait for your number to be called to pick up food. A lot of people take to-go as well. Recommended!
