The French Laundry for vegans right here in Portland, but with the added benefit of watching the chefs in action and hearing about the dishes straight from the creators themselves. Come hungry, curious and ready to be wowed. The team of 3 shows off their love for culinary creativity, aesthetics, chemistry and perfection...all to prove what can be done with local plants. Not sure anyone could deny there is any added animal product that could make any of the 14 dishes taste better. My favorite dish included a tomato, which was one of the most delicious things I have ever tasted. Second place was the trumpet mushrooms. And third I'd have to say was a mix of flowers, cucumbers,
