- Just the beginning
They don't have a lot of choice but they're just starting their business and will add more and more stuff. Preparing raw food takes time and space (the process of dehydrating can take days, literally). Every juice is made on demand, nothing is prepared ahead. The crackers are crazy good! I tried the raw vegan pie today, it was small but delish! If you just take the salad "menu", you may need to add a dessert or you may be hungry soon enough.
