This is THE place to go if you are looking for vegan-friendly/organic/health groceries. I can understand the high prices since pretty much everything is imported. They got a decent selection of gluten-free flours and spices from several different brands, which are not easy to come by in HK. They also got some specialty breads and Rice Dream ice creams in the freezer section. Hope they will carry Coconut Bliss someday. I was so happy that I finally found black beans (the kind commonly used in Hispanic cooking) here since I've been looking for them high and low and, annoyingly, the ones that all the other shops sell are black soybeans. The free delivery service (for purchases upwards of HKD500) definitely comes in handy when you have a cart loaded with beans and flours!
