  • Amazing Restaurant in an Unlikely Location

While attending a conference in Boise, I decided to give this cafe a go for dinner. I am sure glad that I did. I have many food sensitivities and am both gluten-free and vegan. The staff is not only attentive and helpful but they go out of their way to accommodate special requests/needs. My dinner was fantastic! Almost the entire menu is vegan and gluten-free options are available for almost every dish. I ended up with a fresh carrot/ginger/celery/mint juice. One of the employees actually showed me the mint that she went out and picked from the garden on site. The juice was great! The Hummus Socca Foldover made from chickpea flower was incredible. I ended up coming back the next day for brunch. For brunch I had the tofu scramble with the vegan/GF super seed bread. In can't stop raving about the bread--it was sooooo delightful! You have to eat here. The menu is eclectic, the service top-notch and the food scrumptious!
