Edited 12/19 - Betty's moved to a nearby site and now is called Monster Pot. The food is still good and the restaurant venue is much improved from their old location. Betty's Noodles has a huge menu and offers tofu or veggies instead of meat for most, if not all, of them. It was really hard to decide which item to pick but I suspect that they are all good. The atmosphere isn't very appealing - it's inside the local metro bus station but the food makes up for it. Updated from previous review on 2015-06-29
