  • Lots of good tofu options

I want to love Twisted Noodles, I really do. The vegan options are great, but the atmosphere is lacking. For a long time they didn't have music playing to help soften the conversations of different parties in the restaurant. They've since added music, but it's still a bit too quiet and awkward. The service also used to be painfully slow, but it has since improved greatly, so hopefully they can maintain that. Food is good and most anything can be made vegan, as long as you like tofu. Make sure you specify vegan so they don't use fish sauce. My favorites are the Vegan Delight appetizer, glass noodles with tofu (ask for no egg) and the red curry vegetables with tofu. The portions are good, but could be just a *little* bit bigger for the price. I also wish they offered coconut milk as a substitute to half-and-half for their Thai iced tea!
