My favorite time to shop is during BBQ season. ALL my meat-eating friends and relatives LOVE the vegan stuff that comes off the grill - and Vege Eats definitely helps in this regard. And it is true - a lot of the veg restaurants get their supply of mock meats from here... The owner and his son are super nice and can translate stuff on packages for you as well as show you all the vegan specific items right away if you ask. Don't be shy if you are not Chinese - English is absolutely no problem here - not in the least! They also carry some organic dry-good products that you might find in health food stores. It is slightly limited as the place is not that big - most of it is the frozen mock meats. Parking is usually not a problem as it is mainly residential around here.
