If you've just come out of the Aljunied MRT, turn left and you can see a row of stalls. Right in front, near to the left is Tian En Vegetarian Food. It's a place where you get to pick dishes, with a wide variety. Food prices are rather cheap, around $2++ for a meal. They also have lotus root soup with guchi berries, corn, dates etc added. Located very conviniently and tasty. The fried rice is nice. :) great place
