- Ithaca's Hidden Mobile Gem
I was delighted to be in Ithaca on a day Star Truck was serving! I had the Mac and Cheese Garbage Plate and the BBQ Tacos. I have never had vegan cheese that has tasted so good. What a treat for the ethical eater who still likes to enjoy comfort foods at festivals and events. The menu was very small (only four entrée items to choose from), but I was not disappointed. Be sure to visit their Facebook page for hours and locations. They would have been impossible to find had we not known exactly where they would be.
