- Nice to find vegan Argentinian food but avoid the pizza
Stumbled upon this Argentinian cafe with vegan options. Vegan empanadas were a nice surprise as any vegans who have been to Argentina will know; I spent seven months there a few years ago and didn't manage to find a single empanada in the whole country. I didn't love the vegan pizza however as it was a spinach pizza base with a load of vegetables dumped on top in the middle. I was really excited when I saw the sign outside the cafe for vegan pizza and felt quite disappointed when I saw what was on offer and I don't think it's a good advertisement for a vegan diet! The food was alright, the staff helpful and I liked the option of having it to take out.
