A&B Naturals is AWESOME -- the selection of raw goods is unmatched anywhere else from MDI to Portland, Maine. Also, the produce is fresh, organic and local whenever possible :-) The staff are friendly, fun and helpful -- and create a warm and welcoming atmosphere. They offer a great selection of goods and food -- and even a few tables for quick dining or socializing. Fairly priced and aimed to please -- this is definitely the place to go for your natural needs on MDI.
