This is a casual place where you can build your own pizza and they make it in front of you. Think of the Chipotle of Pizza. The classic red pizza sauce is vegan and they actually have Daiya on the line. Inform them you are vegan and they will change their gloves and use a fresh pizza cutter when your pizza is done. They offer finishes to drizzle on your pizza as well. They have barbecue sauce, pesto, and olive oil. Pizza is done in 5 minutes.
