• Destine Vegetarian - Tuen Mun, Hong Kong

The location is 1 floor up right beside the stair case in the shopping centre. There's around 100 seats. If you have been in any of the other Destine restaurants then you'll have a good idea what to expect. Bright, clean, contemporary and not over the top decor. Dishes containing egg are marked on the menu. The menu also says near the beginning to let staff know if you prefer food without any of egg, milk, cheese, chilli (or words to that effect). The Tom Yum soup is fabulous. There's an English language menu. A young team of waiting staff speak a decent level of English (much better than my Cantonese still is). 10% service charge is added. I had a welcome surprise. Because I went within a certain time window between lunch and dinner, 50% was knocked off the total of the bill.
