I felt prepared heading to Japan knowing that HappyCow was printed out and in my backpack. Add to that the trusty iphone app and all was supposed to be well ... little did I know how big Tokyo is and that 71 listings don't stretch that far in such a large place! How very very happy I was to find Eat More Greens. A little bit of vegan heaven in Tokyo. Although I only dined there once, both myself and my non vegan partner were super happy with the meals and it was the best meal I had in Japan!!!! Thank You.
