- Very Nice Vegan Place with a twist
The unusual twist at Pure Luck is the use of star fruit to simulate carnitas in their mostly mexican inspired all vegan menu. With too much soy in the vegan diet, it was a nice change. I had the spring rolls which were pretty good, and the torta which I really liked. Definitely worth checking out, I will return for sure. An added bonus is the home made gelato place across the street which has vegan (sorbet and regular gelatto) flavors. Note: They were having some phone problems when we went there, so we thought they might be out of business. If you are experiencing this too, dont worry they are there.
