• What a surprise!

Everyone was hungry so we needed some place close and quick. This was it. We walked in with 7 people and were seated immediately. Within minutes we were greeted by Gilbert who gave us many recommendations of good things to try. I needed to know the vegan options for the kids and I and he was quick to explain our choices. The vegan options are not marked on the menu as I have seen other reviewers mention. We ordered the brussel sprouts, rutabaga fries and the watermelon salad (without the cheese) for appetizers. Then we shared the butternut squash for our entire. It was all delicious, beautifully displayed and full of flavor. For dessert, we had the flourless chocolate cake which was rich and decadent. Our food came out at different times which ended up being a good thing because we were able to eat a variety of things at a comfortable pace. The place was unique with the kitchen basically in the eating area but the live music was nice and not too loud. We will probably return here during our week on the beach.
