We visit Hiltl every time we pass through Zurich and it never disappoints. With dozens of selections in the buffet (with vegan, gluten-free, and other dietary options clearly marked), there is something for just about everyone. It isn't cheap, but it's reasonable value by Zurich standards. We particularly enjoy the buffet because it allows us to compose a unique meal from many vegan options, including several desserts. There are several seating areas (including sidewalk tables). Enjoy!
