  • cosy & charming

Easy to find, this place has a quaint atmosphere, with brightly coloured tabelcloths, etc, and wooden furniture. The oatmeal porridge (rather than the usual rice "porridge", read: congee, you get in China) was a rare and welcome find and so was the warm, fresh wholemeal bread (so hard to find in China). Friendly staff, and i knew the food was fresh because a woman arrived selling freshly-picked cabbages to the staff from the big basket on her back!
