I think they mainly get locals of a similar background in but you certainly can have a very nice meal coming in as just a person off the street. They just have their menus on the counter, very nice selection. I had a very big plate for only 10$ and it was very tasty. How much you get and how good it is obviously will depend on what you like and what you order there is much variety. Friendly staff
