• Great vegan options changing with the seasons!

This food truck always offers new menu options using fresh and high quality ingredients (many coming from local farms!). The truck is fully vegetarian, but also offers many vegan items. If you catch the truck parked at a local bar or summer festival you're likely to find veggie burgers topped with more veggies and vegan sauce/cheese, garlic fries with vegan dipping sauce, and vegan chili cheese nachos. If you find the truck at a farmers market, you are more likely to see fresher healthier options like veggie topped salads with vegan dressing, soups, and roasted vegetable sandwiches. She is even working on offering vegan grilled cheese in the future :) In the summer I catch the truck weekly at the Farmer's Market, and I am never disappointed. You have to follow them on Facebook to know the weekly schedule of where they will be parked. The food can be pricey, but it IS seasonal and local ingredients freshly prepared, so we think it is worth it!
