• Honest little snack stop.

Visited October, 2013. A humble cafe, SOL Food may be small yet serves with a sweet spirit.. The menu reads "By maintaining a good heart each moment, everyday is a good day." During my visit, they also had the famous pro vegetarian quote by Einstein presented on the wall, in both English & Chinese. The food is mostly Asian style cuisine, rice paper rolls, sushi, dumplings.. some dishes contain a little bit of mock meat. They serve complimentary hot tea when you dine in & it's hard to beat on value with $7 for a plate of veg curry or a bowl of laksa. They seem to get a decent lunch crowd, it was a full house when I visited. (Though with four tables, a full house means 8 people!) It isn't the fanciest place to dine but it's a friendly lunch or take-away option for vegetarians in the area.
