On the one hand the dishes are lovingly prepared and are visually stunning. There are some really interesting taste sensations. And it is obviously a statement/event restaurant with a proprietor who is passionate about this food. But ... too many of the basic flavours were repeated; raw food does not have to mean small portions and, ultimately it was unsatisfying as a meal unless you spend quite a lot of money. Tax is added after the menu price - we paid 47 euro for three dishes and one drink. (We arrived at 8.10pm without booking, were told our choice would be limited; but the restaurant was empty and we followed the proprietor's suggestions so we don't think this is mis-representing our experience.)
