- Excellent place to stock up
This is a totally fab health food store. I was just in Victoria catering for a group of 16 people for a week and found this place to be a real gem, especially for 'weigh n' save' goods. They have just about everything I could need in the way of healthy conscious ingredients, from gluten free oats to buckwheat flakes, coconut sugar, rice pasta, all kinds of flours, dried fruits and a massive herb and spice section. They also have a smaller selection of fresh foods and the usual jars, tins, teas, healthy treats. Another great addition to the store is the Ingredients cafe, which has an excellent menu.
