- Fave Place in Tokyo
I LOVE Hang Out. "Small Portions" blah blah - bros: this is tapas style - you don't order one thing each and there's your meal! Two people going should order three - five dishes for sharing depending on your appetite. Also ideal for big groups, order a bunch of plates and dig in together. The food is great, and considering the quality and the fact that this is clearly the best vegan food in Tokyo it is totally worth the money. Be prepared to spend around the 5000 yen mark for five or so dishes and a couple of drinks. The vibe is cool, with good tunes, excellent funky decor, and a neat balcony if you manage to bags it! My top choices here: The wasabi soy meat - fried goodness The gyoza - standard but I always love gyoza The fresh wrap - throw a healthy twist in. Add beer and you have a great vegan night of eating and drinking - who thought it was possible!?
