• All vegan burger bar - excellent!

It might be out of the actual city center, but it's right where it's supposed to be - in the area of record stores, independent book cafes, second-hand stores, concert venues, vegan-friendly supermarkets etc. Close by Triangeln station. The bar have only existed for a couple of months so far, and I hope they'll be able to stick around for a while. I (also) got my whiskey marinated soy patty Mushy Mushy-burger to go because I was in a hurry, and it was delicious, but got soggy pretty fast, so the next time I go, I'll make town for a sit-down dinner. I wish that the Danish Astrid & Aporna fast food joint would take after these guys. They had just about 10 different burgers, and then you choose your patty (apart from the whiskey-marinated soy patty, you can also get a chickpea patty or a portobello burger) and you choose between light or dark bread. You get fries with your menu, with some kind of white dipping sauce, that tasted slightly like bearnaise. Divine!
