- cheese burrito is great
Ecopolitan is a gem in Minneapolis. It is one of the only restaurants where everything is organic, raw, and vegan. The staff is incredibly helpful in navigating the menu filled with delicious entrees, smoothies, juices, and desserts. Their most popular dish is the chili ‘cheese’ burrito which is also my favorite. there is a parking lot on the side of the building accessible from the alley.
