There are a lot of super hip and new veggie places in GBG - Solrosen is the opposite - you can tell this place has been a centre of the veggie community in this city for decades. The portions are huge, the free salad bar is great (make sure to stock up on extra hummus and bread!) and the staff gives great service. The outside area is nice to sit with a beer or two after your dinner. One thing - I wish they would offer more vegan options. Also, meals are well priced at around 100kr - if you're veggie and visiting GBG on a budget - it's worth making several visits here.
