- Brunch Saturday and Sunday
Brunch is my favorite time for Ethos. I have a hard time deciding what to order because they offer the special weekend brunch menu plus the regular menu. I love the Brunch biscuits and gravy, really wonderful. But I also love the BBQ Chickun, mashed potatoes and collards. Everything vegan so it's hard to save room for dessert. We share a ice cream sunday topped w/ hot chocolate and nuts.
