Cognito feels a bit like a starbucks. At least, that's how I would describe the meant-to-be-trendy atmosphere. We had 3 little soups and a curry and both were too expensive for what they were: cheap ingredients and pretty basic recipes. That said, the choices is pretty limited for vegetarians and vegans in Erfurt so at least they do have quite a lot meat-free of choice. Don't expect any culinary revelations here! Drinks are expensive too but they had some tap water for free which is pretty rare in Germany.
