- Delicious vegan comfort food
I was so happy when Star Truck opened, especially since there are currently no all-vegan restaurants in Ithaca. I love vegan comfort & soul food and Star Truck's offerings fit that bill. My favorite dishes to date have been the BBQ sandwich and grilled cauliflower with chee. For dessert, I had the most amazing peanut butter and chocolate brownie. Never fear, gluten-free/wheat-free folks, there is plenty for you as well as most of the menu is or can be made GF/WF. Cannot wait to have more of Tammie's creations!
