• Best vegetarian/vegan/raw in Hradec Kralove!

I just love food in Bazalka! They have very wide range of delicious food you can buy. It is very easy to recognize if the food is okay for you - they have special food labeling - colorful squares. Each one of them says something about food - for example: if food is vegan, but contains gluten, you will see green and black square. They label every possible alergen (according to Czech law). The space of restaurant is quite large, but people like to go there, so sometimes it can be crowded and you will wait in line for a bit, but they are quite fast or you can take the food out with you (what is better than eating delicious food with beautiful view of Hradec, for example at the river) :) And as I heard - they are going to make the space of restaurant even bigger in 2015 ;) Mostly they can speak English or there is always someone else who can. For me it is favorite place to go - they have light, delicious raw foods and also raw cakes ;) Prices are really low for this good healthy food, which is often also organic. Prices are even lower than in other restaurants in Hradec. I really recommend it, it has nice atmosphere, delicious food, nice people. You should definitely check it out :)
