- Great vegan baked goods
Whenever I'm in Manchester, I always try to catch Teatime Collective at a market - the schedule is up on social media. This March I caught them at a market at the Lowry and there were so many cakes that it was really difficult to decide what to have. Everything looked incredible, and slices were generous. The creme egg brownie was sensational. It's fairly rare that I find a brownie with the perfect texture, and this was one of those happy occasions. We also had a doughnut filled with cream and caramel, coated in chocolate, and topped with cornflake cake and mini eggs. It was decadent and delicious! We got a couple of pistachio cinnamon rolls for breakfast the next day as well. They kept well and were really flavoursome. Also, they were massive! I don't think there's any better vegan baked goods in Manchester. Updated from previous review on 2017-01-06
