• Vegan Gem in Tampa

Just 4 U Vegan Kitchen and Market is a vegan gem in Tampa, it's a diamond in the rough. I'm always in search of new, exciting vegan cuisine in Florida. Tampa is my home city so finding Just 4 U Vegan is one of my most exciting discoveries. The staff is wonderful and the flavor profiles are amazing..this is vegan soul food at its finest! I strongly urge adding to your entree a green smoothie and one of their generous slices of pound cake. For the sides, the cabbage has a smokey flavor that is unlike any cabbage I've tried before and the candied yams melt in your mouth. The tofu is perfect, I chose the barbecue sauce to go with mine. All in all, there's no place for yummy vegan food quite like this in Tampa, where almost every vegan restaurant is primarily Asian cuisine. (Nothing wrong with this, but I love variety without having to venture into Orlando territory) I'm so so thrilled to have another place to frequent and with my favorite type of food - soul food! Can't wait to go back here again.
