- Reasonable food in the northwest of India.
I found this place by chance whilst walking to the Golden Temple. It's vegetarian, with only a couple of vegan options. The staff are friendly - and went to extra effort to find out what is vegan - and the food tasty. The serves are massive and reasonably priced. There aren't many veg*n places listed in Amritsar, so it was a pleasant surprise to find this one. And it's near the largest tourist attraction (that also gives away simple vegan curry).
