We found Bar Ecologico Gaia to be dark and the food bland. We had the vegetable soup with bulgur, and a plate of the day. I like to support any restaurant trying to cook healthy food but Bar Gaia needs some to add some spice and some soul to the food. We ate here once. We are a couple in our 60s and vegan for 4 years.
