- Excellent lasagna and salmoreja
I ate at Gaia twice during my three days stay in Seville. The lasagne was really great, with a lot of green vegetables inside and covered with a really delicious bell pepper sauce. Also the Salmoreja was something I am going to remember long. The other dishes were good as well and the rose wine was a perfect match with the food. The service was very friendly, there was no difficulties with foreign credit cards and the bathroom was clean and spacious. Updated from previous review on 2016-06-11
