- Great idea! Hope it expands (update: it expanded all over PHX metro)
I'm blown away that this restaurant is expanding. GO SALAD GO! They offer meats as well as tofu (no longer Gardein Chik'n) ... only a few vegan salad dressings. The salads are offered in multiple sizes and can be wrapped up in come carbohydrates if you prefer a hand-to-mouth meal. Update: Salad and Go is still an amazing offering - they have locations all over the valley so your mileage may vary, depending on the crew working any individual store. Generally speaking - this place still rocks, even with limited vegan options, simply because it's reasonably priced and can be very healthy (with the correct options selected).
