- Plant in Asheville, NC is amazing vegan fine food
I had heard about this restaurant from friends and had to make the 2 hour trip to give it a try. OMG it was soooo totally worth it. I have never had food explode with flavor like this, and the fact that it is completely vegan allowed me to order and dine without worrying about cross contamination. Loved it and I will revisit.
