We stopped for dinner while traveling thru. It is in a college town, so lots of students and quite "hoppin'" for dinner time. You can choose to have it cooked in a separate wok, so no worried about cross-contamination! They have tofu, seitan, and several other protein options. Lots of vegetable options. Noodles or rice. Tons of sauces to customize your meal. NB: If you like mushrooms (they have sliced portobella and button), put them in the separate "meat" bowl so they get cooked more. W/out meat, it is pretty much flash cooking and the mushrooms didn't get cooked...not bad, just not ideal for me. The atmosphere is loud, crowded, close-quarters, informal. Wait staff are helpful for newbies, friendly and responsive. Facilities are clean. If you like the Mongolian BBQ concept, this works. Pile your bowl high!
