I am always happy to have an abundance of vegan restaurants in my beautiful little city, but Vegan Tree is not very impressive. I've seen other people talk about sanitation-- as a restaurant employee myself, I was really appalled. The food was okay (lo mein and spring rolls), but the sushi was bad. Tasted soapy?
